When she graduated from her dentistry studies, Dr. Danka Ralević Raščić from Berane came to Murino, in the municipality of Plav, where she rented a dental office in the outfield department of the Plav Health Center. She was determined to succeed, so she was not discouraged by the outdated equipment at her disposal.
“At the end of 2018, I rented a space and started working as best I could. The equipment was probably 50 years old and I had significant costs due to constant repairs. When I heard about the support of the Kingdom of Norway through the project" Norway for you - Montenegro ", I saw an opportunity to modernize my practice", explains Dr. Ralević Raščić.
She applied within a public call for support to entrepreneurs and small businesses, and received new equipment for her dental practice, resulting in hiring a female assistant.
"With the support of Norway, I received a dental chair, a compressor, a sterilizer, pliers and other instruments that I needed, worth a total of 9,000 euros. The new equipment encourages patients when they come, and I no longer have the cost of repairs. My dental practice now has a perspective,” Dr. Ralević Raščić points out.
